Insufficient staff to help you find something. The messages on the PA system are not clearly spoken. Difficult to understand. Distribution trollryd left unattended are a hazard. A good range of products at competitive prices.
Excellent staff & produce. Good prices too. I had 3 excellent exchanges with staff today. All were so happy to assist. Well done! Staff here get better & better and despite upward pressure on prices, some good bargains can be found. Over several months now, I've moved from the opposition (Coles) to Woolworths. Their App is 1st class and their staff personalise service - many remember my name now & I'm greeted like we're all "family". Highly recommended!
Very nice store and the size makes it easy to shop for older people with walking aids
Hi there, I have just been shopping in Channel Court Woolworths. I was waiting in the line for self check out when staff member Isobel offered to serve me at an other check out. She opened it up, ran my shopping thru swiftly, packed my bags and even put my bags in the trolley whilst I paid. One of the issues we've always had with Woolworths is that queues build up and noone opens up a check out (even for just a handful of customers) to relieve the pressure. I might add Coles does this frequently. Isobel was efficient, friendly, professional & showed forethought & initiative, a valued staff member for your store. Well done to her
I hope this reaches the young Man who served me, but I had the best and most engaging register operator at my shop at Woolworths, Channel Court in Kingston today. Daniel is a HUGE asset to your company. He chatted really well, was efficient and obliging. So refreshing to see someone enjoying their work, and the best part was, it was all authentic and genuine. It sure beats the bored or dismissive operators I get from time to time. I will be seeking him out. He has a bright future!
Great supplies and good service. I always get a smile on my dial when I go through this particular woollies, I can't help it now that I know a few of the staff by name. Always a pleasure dropping in here for milk and bread, my usual run. ;)
